Pros: The people you work with are highly motivated and smart.
The culture values helping each other and contributing to shared success.
People are very open and willing to help regardless of what team you may be on or how long you have been at the company.
Cons: Leadership is sometimes disconnected from the details of what is happening on the ground and sometimes too prescriptive about the details of how certain things should be done.
