Process
I sent my resume online and received an email a few days later to set up a phone call with the CTO. We had a few missed connections, but we finally got to talk.
I was then brought onsite for a three-person interview cycle.
After a tour of the startup's office, I met with their two existing managers and the CTO.
I loved the energy and the office ambiance (someone was playing the grand piano during my last interview, which overlapped lunchtime).
