It was a three-step process:
- A phone interview
- A Zoom interview
- A third interview
After interviewing through three rounds, I saw how unorganized Paycom is and how unhappy the employees are, which made me further uninterested in the company. After my third interview, the supervisor told me they would reach out in three days with a decision. After two weeks of waiting, I realized they had ghosted me. I felt it was very unprofessional, but grateful that I dodged a bullet.
