Pros

The opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and continuously learn is excellent.

Immediate leadership is knowledgeable, supportive, and understanding.

Cons

Upper leadership operates in a silo, frequently contradicting middle and lower management with sweeping changes while expecting them to enforce compliance.

The workload often extends beyond regular hours, and now the company has mandated a full-time return to office with messaging that makes it clear: comply or leave.

Promotions are unreliable—even when leadership promises them.

The company consistently takes without giving back, and nearly every month, another benefit disappears.

Advice to Management

Stop relying on short-term fixes to prop up stock performance and start implementing long-term strategies to attract and retain top talent.

At this rate, the company will struggle to remain competitive within a year.
