I made it to round two, and then they went ghost on me. They just didn't respond to me or tell me I didn't make it to the next round. The interview people are terrible and not qualified to be management.

Pros: Team culture is great.
Pay is competitive.
Management is improving.
Cons: Work-life balance is not the best. They expect you to work hard hours. Compensating hard work and overtime hours is getting better, slowly but surely.

Pros: The people are amazing and helpful.
Management is kind and easy to talk to.
The work is fulfilling if you are going towards a DevOps/SRE type of path.
Cons: Not much to say that was poor, besides sometimes the food options.
