Initially, a recruiter reached out to me and gave a complete overview of the role and Paycom.
Later, a technical Zoom interview was scheduled. It was about 45 minutes long, focusing on a discussion about my previous projects and my interests. On the same day, I was invited to schedule an onsite interview at the Oklahoma City Paycom headquarters.
