Process
There was an initial phone interview, followed by at least one online interview with hiring managers. I was told by another employee that there were a total of three interviews. They were paying the minimum amount and expected me to make a lateral move from my current employer, which was something I was not willing to do. Therefore, I bowed out of the interview process before the second interview.
