I applied through Indeed.com. Within 24 hours, a recruiter contacted me and set up a phone interview for later that week. Within the same business day of the phone interview, I had a call to schedule the initial in-person interview.
I was visiting OKC for Spring Break (my former employment was in education), and the recruiter was able to schedule the first and final interviews for the same day while I was already in OKC. Their ability to be flexible to work within my schedule was incredible.
When I arrived, I was given a paper "personality" assessment. These were basic questions on where I would rank my adaptability, communication skills, and other "soft" skills. Both interviews were more related to those soft skills, as they reassured me that they would teach all hard skills needed if hired.
In between the initial and final interview, there was a skills portion. I went into a computer room with a software demo and had to find and label all of the errors or bugs I could within 20 minutes.
I met with four different members of the QA team; they were all friendly and personable. This was definitely a great interview experience!
