Pros: They pay moderately, and the dev point system available for full-time software developers gives you a means of increasing your pay as you work more.

Pros: Company seems to really care and gives their interns an excellent experience.
Good pay for a non-FAANG internship.
Good hands-on experience.
Good mentor support and teammate support.
Cons: The amount of interns was huge (probably ~200), it's easy to feel overlooked.
Working in a team of other interns is mostly great, but can feel like blind leading the blind.
