I applied based on a handshake. It was an easy and smooth process.
The first round involved one coding question on the HackerRank platform, along with a technical interview.
I heard back from HR within a week and scheduled the next interview, which was behavioral plus technical and served as the final interview.
I didn't hear back for two months. After following up multiple times, I received a call from HR stating they could not move forward because they no longer offer visa sponsorship.
