Paycom provides a great environment for a developer to learn and grow. There are year-round tech talks for one to learn about other aspects of the company.
What you do here will have a direct impact on clients.
Training does not truly prepare you for the obstacles you'll face.
As a developer, I believe that the training program during orientation would be more beneficial if it identifies and explains the company's structure and environment (as well as the industry), as opposed to the tools that most developers should already know, and if not, would be able to learn easily on the job.
