I was contacted by a recruiter, and things moved pretty smoothly afterwards. The recruiter asked general background questions and I had to take a skills test, the score of which was forwarded to the manager.

Maybe a day later, I received a call from the recruiter asking to set up an in-person interview. I then met with the manager for a one-on-one interview. The questions included a couple of algorithms and OOP questions, along with general background.

Everything went great. The same day, I got a call from the recruiter stating they wanted to set up an interview with the CTO, but I had to meet in Oklahoma. My main complaint is that the drive there was a waste, as it could have been a video call or phone call; the interview literally lasted 10 minutes.

Later that day, I received an offer for my asking salary.
