Pros: Work-life balance is good.

Cons: The employee review mechanism is not optimal and varies by managers.

Pros: One of the best things about working at Paycom is the quality of the people. The development group here is filled with approachable, helpful people who genuinely want to help you succeed. I couldn't imagine a better job environment, especially for a first job out of college. The software development group is a meritocracy that consistently recognizes people who work hard and pull their weight. There is a clear pathway up the promotional ladder with multiple rewarding milestones. This leads to another huge pro: promotions are solely based on the number of projects you get done, effectively eliminating workplace politics. Other pros: * Onsite gym, multiple basketball courts, and locker/laundry service. * Two catered lunch options every day for a flat $4. * $1 Healthcare. * Solid company leadership. * Many more.. come work here!

Cons: - Not a whole lot of vacation time. This slowly goes up after working here for a few years, but it would be nice to have a little more time.

Pros: A good, nice place to work.

Cons: In Oklahoma City. Not the biggest city in the US.
