I am really unimpressed with the Paycom interview process. It involved five interviews with multiple panels, one assessment, and a total duration of two months.
Paycom is completely unprofessional and does not respect your time or background. Nobody commented on my portfolio or asked relevant questions for me or the position; all were pointless behavioral scenarios.
I am super disappointed with everybody I interacted with.
