Pros: $1 health insurance (good too), great pay for the region, fairly easy to maintain a good work/life balance. Projects are usually very reasonable and easy to keep on track.
Cons: Definitely not a "modern" tech stack, but we are at least starting to move in that direction. Depending on your management, experience can be great or absolutely awful. I've had both here.

- Nice gym and good food options to choose from.
Cons: - Lots of new developers, inexperienced in the industry.
