First, a screening call with the recruiter, where I was asked briefly about my experience and provided with information on benefits. Within a week, I received a call for the first round of interviews. After clearing the first round, I gave the second round of interviews.

Pros: I really enjoy and respect all the people I directly work with. This is a great place to learn and grow your skills as a developer.
Cons: Some projects have been a little intense with deadlines this past year. I'm also not a huge fan of working in the office half of the week. I would much prefer going back to working in the office one day a week, personally.
