Pros: 1. The way the internship was planned.
2. Team formation.
3. Team building events.
4. Option to choose the projects.
Cons: 1. PHP training should be improved, as PHP is a widely used technology at Paycom. I would highly recommend focusing on PHP training.
2. If possible, I highly suggest using the latest technologies like Node.js, Spring Boot, and so on.
