Pros: Everyone is bright. If you end up on a good team, you can have a great work-life balance and work on good projects. There are growth opportunities, and the gifts once in a while are nice.
Cons: It feels old school. Work attire is still not casual. Lunch is $4 instead of free, and you still have to show up to the office once a week with absolutely no exceptions.
