Almost a great place
Everyone is bright. If you end up on a good team, you can have a great work-life balance and work on good projects. There are growth opportunities, and the gifts once in a while are nice.
It feels old school. Work attire is still not casual. Lunch is $4 instead of free, and you still have to show up to the office once a week with absolutely no exceptions.
The company is trying to be modern, but still has an old-school culture feel. Making the small changes above would be greatly appreciated by employees.
Offer full-time remote work, and have monthly half-day events instead. Make lunch free.
