- Upper management listens and acts on all employee concerns, regardless of position/rank. They also provide transparency whenever possible.
- Expressive and inviting culture for people of any background.
- Very competitive compensation & benefits.
Cons: - No dedicated module-specific training; you're dependent on coworkers being able to make time.
- Overtime among senior (and beyond) members.
