Pros: A growing company with many opportunities (if you're the type to go find them, versus waiting for them to come to you). It has a solid culture, with team-building events and company swag, and is still able to retain a reasonable human touch without getting overly corporate or cold as it grows. Plus, there are really good benefits, such as health insurance.
Cons: A growing company – if you've ever worked for one, you'll know that means constant change, which some people do not care for.
