Pros: There is just the right amount of work, and the managers are very flexible with you.

Cons: I wish the pay was a little higher.

Pros: I believe that Paycom offers great opportunities to those entering the work field for the first time (e.g., graduates). The benefits are awesome, from healthcare to 401k. The overall work environment is fun and lively, especially during special weeks such as Payroll Week and Customer Service Week.

Cons: With recent changes, working remotely being taken away has weighed heavily on my decision regarding whether I want to continue my career with the company.

Pros: 1. A great place to start your career: This gives you motivation to deep dive your career field through the transparent metrics of promotions and also challenges through internal events like hackathons and so on. 2. Friendly environment: People are very welcoming and friendly to everybody. I always felt comfort with team members and other employees and appreciate all the kindness. 3. Great work-life balance: This provides remote work and also gives reasonable deadlines on each cycle.

Cons: I don't have any complaints so far.
