I had an on-campus technical interview with two people from the Dallas branch (although the actual internship was in OKC).

They asked a few basic introductory questions and then presented a few coding problems.

After the interview, I was given an online quiz involving more programming problems.

Pros: Honestly, not any that I can think of. The pay isn't too bad.

Cons: Absolutely no support or mentorship, no documentation or useful processes in place. Getting any productive work done feels impossible. Constant shifting expectations. Lack of work-life balance. Everyone is always under a lot of pressure and stress. My health has been taking a toll. Most people have a weakened immune system from all the stress. Not always sure it's worth it.
