Honestly, not any that I can think of. The pay isn't too bad.
Absolutely no support or mentorship, no documentation or useful processes in place. Getting any productive work done feels impossible. Constant shifting expectations. Lack of work-life balance. Everyone is always under a lot of pressure and stress. My health has been taking a toll. Most people have a weakened immune system from all the stress. Not always sure it's worth it.
