Process
It was a HackerRank challenge, and after that, there was a technical interview. They allowed you to use any language for the technical interview, and it was super fun and easy. I really enjoyed the interview process; they were very helpful and fun.

Pros: Paycom has been a stable company to work at for the past 4 years, with reasonable opportunity to grow.
The community is great, and my team has been wonderful.
Cons: There is a severe disconnect between C-level and employees, a lack of communication, and a seemingly absent care for employee wellbeing. The tech world is advancing in the wake of Covid, but Paycom is regressing.
