Removing work from home for the Development Team
Keep work from home.
Awkward and non-conversational interviewers made it difficult to gauge how the interview was going. I felt that the questions were vague and didn't really make sense. There was a long wait time for the interview and to hear back.
I was contacted by a recruiter to interview. I had two phone screenings and did not move on to the next round. I was told the next round would have been a Zoom interview, followed by a skills test, followed by another interview.
The interview process consisted of three stages: 1. An online quiz screened basic programming concepts, such as OOP and data structures. 2. A LeetCode interview, which was easy. 3. A behavioral interview with a supervisor, discussing your background
