The entire onboarding process that Paycom follows was one of the main reasons I chose to become a Paycom employee.
The recruitment department, more specifically Sandra Keef, does a great job in selling the company and the department.
The best decision was to choose Paycom!
The only con is the traffic, but that comes as a growing pain. Paycom is actively working on solutions, like adding a new road.
I was contacted by a recruiter to interview. I had two phone screenings and did not move on to the next round. I was told the next round would have been a Zoom interview, followed by a skills test, followed by another interview.
Awkward and non-conversational interviewers made it difficult to gauge how the interview was going. I felt that the questions were vague and didn't really make sense. There was a long wait time for the interview and to hear back.
Prior to the coding assessment on HackerRank, there will be a screening call with the recruiter. If you pass the assessment, a technical interview with the team will follow.
