Pros

They provide good benefits and decent pay over time, though it takes a while to get the good pay when you first start.

Cons

It takes years to level up in your position. They are not super transparent when it comes to changes in the company until it is too late to voice your opinion on how it affects you or those around you.

Advice to Management

If you are going to make anyone return to the office full-time, please give them more than a 4-week notice. There should have been a 3-6 month roadmap with clear guidelines and expectations given to us before rolling us back in 5 days a week.
