Pros

All the pros of working here were thrown out the window in 2022 when WFH was yanked from employees with less than a month's notice.

Cons

After WFH was taken away, they started firing sprees and haven’t stopped.

They’ve removed some employee benefits, won’t even let employees WFH with forecasted snow, have removed Flex Time policies, and force employees to sign NDAs and “contracts” to not pursue legal action.

I left in early 2023 but feared leaving a review for a long time because they’re a very spiteful and retaliatory company (despite these being anonymous—I’m paranoid).

Chad is a terrible CEO, and something is seriously wrong with him and the leadership enabling him. It’s clear something bad is going on there, like they’re getting ready to sell the company or something.

Advice to Management

Oust Chad already.
