Pros

$4 lunches Cheap healthcare Generally, your teammates are hard workers.

Cons

Focus on growth instead of fixing existing issues. Management that doesn't listen. No job security.

Advice to Management

You need to address the existing issues before creating new ones.

If you don't take care of tech debt now, it will just continue to grow until it is beyond fixing.

Stop driving out the workers who made Paycom what it is today. You are losing valuable domain knowledge while training employees who are bad at their job.
