That's it, folks! Can't find anything else, even with a microscope.
Umm... Where should I begin?
Paycom has this "points" system for developers, which they claim as revolutionary and fair. But the catch is, developers can only work and wait for results. You cannot present or convince anyone about the hard work involved. It is all in the hands of higher management. They will see, verify, and award you with appropriate points. Even though you struggled so hard to get through the work and finish it, the person awarding you might have a different opinion. Whatever may be the way they are awarding these points, they have the least concern or thought that they are dealing with humans, and every human learns and works at their own pace.
Speechless on vacation hours. I do not even have words to describe how pathetic this is because developers need to maintain their 3-month points average. So, if you plan a vacation for a month, you are responsible for your lost month's points. Work before or after to get the average needed. Hypocrisy lies in Glassdoor comments, as most of the responses have a recommendation to utilize vacation hours.
Performance improvement notice if you do not meet monthly minimum points on a 3-month streak.
No value for your previous experience just because the technology is irrelevant, and you will eat the bait of grandiosity, benefits, and Glassdoor fake positive reviews. Of course, who is using 1980s technology now? Do not hire irrelevant experienced candidates with generic job descriptions and underpaid salaries for your profits.
Everything is in-house. Paycom doesn't use tools and cutting-edge technologies to save money and show a good balance sheet, but at the end of the day, you will learn nothing out of their in-house development.
No internal transfers until management allows it. There is nothing you wish or you need, whatever "you." There is no you!
You will see a vacation recommended (which will be a stressful points chase), or we will let the management know your concern (but never implement a solution), or you should have talked to your manager (but you will be on the firing line) response under this review.

I applied online. Step 1: I received an OA that contained a couple of MCQs. Step 2: This was a 30-minute one-to-one technical interview. I had a HackerRank live coding challenge and basic past experience questions. Step 3: The recruiter called me
A 35-minute test was sent by email. There were also multiple phone calls for the hiring process. The interviewers were very nice. I had to wait for an interview phone call. I filled out the application and am now waiting for a callback.
The interview process was incredibly smooth, and everyone I interacted with was both friendly and supportive throughout. It began with a phone call from the recruiter, followed by an online assessment. After that, there were two 30-minute interviews.
