Great Benefits and Competitive Salary
I work with very hardworking and intelligent people. There is great communication amongst the delivery teams. The salary is very competitive, with additional compensation through bonuses/stocks.
Work can be demanding when working on high-priority projects. Sometimes I don't feel like there is a clear direction and I have to work in ambiguity often. They hire a lot right out of college, and we are constantly having to train.
Higher, more senior people, since most new hires are right out of school. A lot of time is spent training brand-new developers.
