Pros

Competitive benefits, great people, and excellent facilities.

Cons

Unreasonable workload with rigid deadlines, once-great company culture keeps tanking, continual layoffs, burnout.

Advice to Management

When employees abuse privileges, punish those employees rather than entire departments or the entire company. Balance the workload reasonably among employees to keep both them and clients satisfied. Clients are frustrated that their dedicated specialist may change several times per year, when their specialist is always a caring individual who isn't given much chance to succeed before burning out.
