The recruiter called me first and asked if I had applied for the position. Then, I had a personality interview on the phone with the team leader.
He asked me why I wanted to join them, what interested me, and what I liked about engineering.
Then, I met him. He asked me about my experience, what problems I had solved in the past and how, and what I was proud of.
