The HR person contacted me and informed me about the interview process. The first round was going to be a design round with a manager.
The interviewer arrived a little late but apologized thoroughly. We had a great discussion; a whiteboard would have really helped.
It seemed like all was going well. The interviewer then gave his feedback, which appeared positive, and explained about further rounds.
I was expecting a callback from HR and didn't receive one for a week. I tried emailing and calling them because I felt I really hit it off with the manager. They completely ghosted me.
