Process
Initial communication was from a recruiter, followed by a discussion with the hiring manager.
After clearing the round with the hiring manager, I needed to pass another 3-4 rounds of interviews with people in different hierarchical levels.
I was interviewed by a Senior Director, an APAC Manager, and a Senior Program Manager.
The interviews were more focused on the following skills:
- Client management.
- Customer problem statement and engagement.
