Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - Ciudad de Mexico, Mexico

Process

The process begins with a tech screening, which is not conducted in-house but outsourced. This stage feels rather rudimentary, as the interviewer simply records your answers without assessing their accuracy.

Following this, there's a "virtual onsite" composed of three interviews conducted on the same day. I found these rounds to be engaging and relatively straightforward.

After a week, I was informed they were preparing an offer. Two weeks later, they requested an additional week. Finally, after three weeks, they stated that due to "unforeseen circumstances," they were unable to extend an offer at that time and were unsure when they might be able to do so.
