I was contacted by a recruiter and scheduled a phone screen for the following week.

The interviewer was 10 minutes late. After introductions, which took another 10 minutes, he spent 5 minutes setting up CoderPad.

The interviewer disabled his video and frequently muted himself, leaving me unsure if he was listening. I was also not given a programming language of my choice. He dismissed my proposed approach for 15 minutes before we circled back to it. With only 10 minutes remaining to code, the CoderPad link expired. This was followed by 5 minutes of trying to get a response from him as he remained on mute. He then stated we were at the top of the hour.
