The first round was an online test which had 3 questions. People who solved all 3 questions were shortlisted for interviews.
The interviewer was cool and supportive. The level of questions was good, but I was unable to solve them, so I did not qualify for the further rounds.

Pros: Lots of teamwork and a huge team in a fast-paced environment at a fast-growing company.
Cons: Too big to narrow down problems at times. A problem blocked might be blocked for at least 2 months and might need higher authority to push to get solved.
