Process
Applied a month back and got an invitation for a phone interview. The interviewer didn't set up the collab edit prior to the interview, so it took time to set it up.
Got 1 easy LeetCode question and 1 medium.
I could tell the interviewer did not understand my solution and tried to change my code, which would result in a one-off error.
I tried to convince them, but the interviewer moved on to the next question anyway.
Did well on the second question.
When I didn't hear back after 3 days, I knew I had bombed.
I followed up after weeks and didn't get a reply.
Very unprofessional.
