Pros: Lots of potential in the future as a large payments company.
Cons: The technology sections of this company are a total mess. The platforms and infrastructure team is run by favoritism, with zero regard for accountability. If you want to work for a place where no one will hold you accountable for your poor decisions and actions, start here.

Good Manager, Bad Insurance

Pros: I like what I work on, I suppose. And my manager, at least, is pretty good. Pay is okay.
Cons: At least one of the managers could use training on how to not yell at employees, especially when they are quite well-meaning and hardworking. The new insurance plan, Meritain Health, is terrible. The premiums are $200 more per month, but the insurance company itself is totally MIA, which seems like it should be illegal. Also, the employee turnover rate seems high.
