Good Manager, Bad Insurance
I like what I work on, I suppose. And my manager, at least, is pretty good. Pay is okay.
At least one of the managers could use training on how to not yell at employees, especially when they are quite well-meaning and hardworking. The new insurance plan, Meritain Health, is terrible. The premiums are $200 more per month, but the insurance company itself is totally MIA, which seems like it should be illegal. Also, the employee turnover rate seems high.
