The second round was onsite and lasted 2 hours. It included a 30-minute 1:1 interview with multiple people. Questions covered design patterns, threading, data structures, Spring, and analytical/problem-solving topics.

Pros: No pros to join here.
Cons: There is no day I was happy working here. I truly regret why I joined here, leaving my previous company.
Heavy toxic culture and internal politics. No equality for female employees. There is a way too much discrimination and bullying.
No professionalism is followed in meetings. If someone is in a higher role, they will bully you and pull you into any context in meetings. No one has empathy and they completely drain you with workloads.
I don't know about other teams, but especially in my team, I am suffering with a very bad tech lead who is literally a micromanaging person with zero professionalism.
