Pros: The Braintree part of PayPal is full of kind, smart people.
The pairing culture is great for learning.
Work-life balance is also great.
Online payments is doing very well, and seems like it will continue that trend.
Cons: PayPal is really big, and sometimes corporate culture is enforced top-down in a frustrating way.
