Phone screen interview: A recruiter from HR contacted me for a 15-minute conversation about my previous experiences and why I wanted to change my actual job position.
First round (OA with Interviewer): 60 minutes total.
- 10 minutes for 'tell me about yourself.'
- 20 minutes for a peer review assessing OOP and SOLID principles.
- 30 minutes for a medium coding problem.

Pros: Friendly people.
Decent management, which in my case has allowed me to work independently on projects I find most interesting.
Supportive coworkers.
Great work-life balance.
Good company culture that doesn't implicitly force you to work more than 8 hours a day.
Cons: Nothing specific other than the fact there are clearly better places to go to for compensation. Perhaps I would also say that there is no clear path for growing beyond just being another software engineer.
