Process
I had a first round with the senior manager, followed by two rounds of technical interviews. Despite giving correct answers to all the questions, they took two weeks to inform me of my rejection without providing any reason. I believe this decision was made before the interview even took place. I'm not sure why they conducted interviews simply to reject candidates.
