Process
The staffing agency called me, asking about my background, skills, and so on. Then they submitted my resume to PayPal.
After about a week, the agency called me to arrange an on-site interview at PayPal. During the interview, there were two rounds of one-on-one interviews.
Two engineers (or engineering managers) asked me technical questions and background information.

How to build a tree using a linked list?
Design a Finite State Automaton (FSA) to perform a search.
Find the longest palindrome in a string.
What is C++ inheritance, polymorphism, overloading/overriding, constructors/destructors, and their connections to databases?
