Lots of great perks with free gym classes, good health insurance, and a solid ESPP program.
Good work-life balance with little to no deadlines and no work over the weekends.
Cons: - Management is slow-moving and has political agendas to take credit for others' work.
- Engineering is disconnected from each other; a big company has problems with knowledge sharing.
- Lots of reorganizations redefine the team structure, which causes setbacks and slowness.
