Pros: Decent pay. Flexibility at work.

Cons: Politics Limited growth path for ICs

Pros: 1. Free cabs. Nothing else. Nothing else. 5 words complete.

Cons: 1. The Bangalore facility and management team are the worst. The cafeteria vendor is completely wasteful and corrupt. Bangalore management does not take employee feedback seriously. 2. Food is bad and comparatively costly. I saw them reducing the quantity every day. 3. Work was ok. 4. Bangalore management is not aligned with the 'Wellness' value of PayPal. People talk about it, but no one cares about it. Food is the biggest proof of this. Unhealthy food is served with pride. 5. Secluded office location. 6. Politics in the team. 7. No free snacks; they even put only a very limited quantity (around 20 pieces for 200 people) of bananas and buttermilk every day. Once finished, you can't get more. 8. Extreme levels of cost-cutting and cheapness are around in the Bangalore office. 9. Overall, it's not a great company. It just works like a bigger startup with extremely low-quality engineering and management. The hiring bar is very low in almost all teams. 10. Bad behavior of cafeteria staff, as if the food is free and you are at their mercy. 11. MANAGEMENT IGNORES EMPLOYEE FEEDBACK AND CONSTANTLY LIES.

Pros: Good benefits. The stock has been a good performer, so ESPP/RSU is valuable. Flexible schedule. Can work from home when needed.

Cons: Management only focused on favorites. Easy to get overlooked. A meeting-happy culture wastes lots of time. Internal transfers seem to be discouraged. Heavy process around almost any activity. No effort to develop team spirit or culture. Most managers and employees' main focus is making sure they come out looking good, even at the expense of others.
