Pros: Flexible work life balance. Remote friendly.

Cons: Nothing as such. Team connect less.

Pros: 1. Decent Work 2. Flexible Timing 3. Good Transport Facilities (AC Buses) 4. Lot of Freebies (Juices, Snacks, etc.)

Cons: 1. Too much politics in management. 2. You can survive only if you satisfy your manager (whether he/she is right or wrong is a different issue altogether). 3. Management in the US controls the Chennai office and decides everything on behalf of Chennai. 4. Local management is just obeying the US management to survive. 5. Top-level management (work) in Chennai is not monitored by anybody, and they rule the roost. 6. Careers of anybody can be made or broken by local management. 7. Only lip service about careers and well-being of subordinates.

Pros: Moving internally is relatively easy.

Cons: No clear direction as to where the company wants to go. Keep changing priorities all the time.
